Ask for and/or send the enclosed forms duly completed

1- application for membership (self-declaration for: Active and/or Associate Member)

2- technical card (personal data, educational background, types of collaboration, exibitions, awards, etc.)

3- type of collaboration offered (brief description of the type of service you want to provide)

4- cost of the collaboration offered (just as an indication and for internal use by ADOR for the benefit of all members)

5- your professional profile (concise (one page) in Italian and English professional translation (to give to manufactures)

6- filing n.4-6 drawings A4 format

( vertically- B.cm.21xH.cm29.7) to leave at ADOR Secretary's office for any initiative and/or presentation

7- photocopy of the following documents, if avalilable: employement card, licence and/or Vat registration number and/or tax code.

8- N.4 copies of a personal photograph (professional) in Blach and Wite (B.cm.13xcm.18)

9- enclose 0,51 euro- (to send your material back to you, should your application for membership be rejected)

NB.: the drawings sent to ADOR Secretari's office con be given back and/or replaced at the Member's request.

MEMBERSHIP FEES

1- ADOR MEMBERSHIP 155,00 euro

(one-off fixed amount)

2- YEARLY FEE 335,00 euro

(from 1-Jennuary to 31December)

3-Renewal within 31December 335,00 euro

4- Subsequent renewal fee + 10%

5- Half-Yearly Fee for STUDENTS

(who have just obtained a diploma 168,00 euro (from 1 July to 31December)

6- For ABROAD, according to choice, state the additional service you wish to have:

1- ADOR DESIGN RECORDS: Members can take advantage of this precautionary FILING of their designs under sealed envelopes aimed at protecting them and/or to the benefit of the firms for which Members work.

2- In the Italian magazine "18 Karati Gold& Fashion", Ed Gold Milano

- presnce of ADOR members with N. 2 pages available in rotation according to their membership number.

- ADOR Members are granted "very special terms" for their advertising in the magazine.

- special advertising term for the Firms producing"products designed by a member".

3- In the Korean magazine "Precious Metals & Jewelry" published by the Korean Goldsmiths' Association, with N. 2 pages available in rotation according to their membership number.

4- In the Italian magazine "AOL notiziario" publisced by Ass. Orafa Lombarda Milan, with N. 2 pages available in rotation according to their membership number.

5- In the Corean magazine "Jewelry Woman - L' Arte" publisced by JDMI, Seoul, pages available in rotation according to their membership number.

6- In the Taiwan magazine "Jewellery Art" and "Taiwan Jewellery", with N. 2 pages available in rotation according to their membership number.

7- The unique possibility of taking part in ADOR publishing activities: Folder, Design in Gold 1, Design in Gold 2 jewellery Design & Designers, Design in Gold 3, ...

8- The possibility of taking part in the exibitions organized by ADOR

9- You can exhibit your own designs in the Fairs Hosting tha ADOR Association.

10- Members only can attend ADOR "Training Courses" with a 10% discount.

11- You can have copies of ADOR book: "Folder, Design in Gold 1, Design in Gold 2 jewellery Design & Designers, Design in Gold 3, ...) with a 30% discount reserved for Members plus forwaeding expenses (until stock exhaust)

12- You can take part in all the initiatives organised under the auspices of ADOR and RESERVED for Members, whed ther of an institutional, promotional or service kind.
